  1. Making the Protein Bars

    In a food processor or blender, blend the almonds with the dates until a paste is formed. Transfer the paste to a bowl and add the oat bran, peanut butter, and whey protein. Mix with your hands until the mixture is well combined, firm, and moldable. Finally, spread the mixture over the bottom of a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Chill for about 2 hours. After cooling, cut into small bars.
