    Main Ingredients
  • 1 unit Japanese pumpkin (Choose a ripe pumpkin for the best flavor.)
  • 4.2 cups Vegetable broth (Homemade broth is preferred for richer taste.)
  • 500 grams Salted and cooked shredded beef (Leftover beef works great!)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil (Use extra virgin for best flavor.)
  • 1 unit Onion, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced (Adjust according to your taste.)

  1. Prepare the soup
