Ingredients for Pumpkin Soup
    Main Ingredients
  • 1/2 medium red onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup broccoli (chopped)
  • 1 slice pumpkin (peeled and diced)
  • 1 tablespoon green banana biomass
  • 1 tablespoon leek (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 500 ml water

  1. Prepare the Soup

    Bring water to a boil in a pot. In a separate pan, sauté the onion and garlic in oil until fragrant. Add the chopped broccoli and pumpkin, then pour in the hot water. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes. Stir in the green banana biomass.

    Blend until smooth and season with salt. Add shredded chicken or sautéed mushrooms as desired.
