Ingredients for Quinoa Beef Patties
    Main Ingredients
  • 350 grams ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 60 grams onion
  • to taste fresh parsley
  • to taste green onion
  • 3 tablespoons cooked quinoa
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

    Preparation
  1. Combine Ingredients:

    In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for sesame seeds (if you want to add them for garnish). Mix well until fully incorporated.

    Divide the mixture into five equal portions (about 100 grams each) and shape them into burger patties. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 350°F. Cook the patties: For medium (slightly pink inside): Air fry or bake for about 15 minutes. For well-done: Air fry or bake for about 20 minutes. Serve hot with a fresh salad or your favorite sides.
