Ingredients for Quinoa Chicken Balls
    Main Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • 4 tbsp rolled oats
  • 50 g shredded cooked chicken (seasoned)
  • 2 pcs eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste chopped parsley
  • to taste chopped green herbs (e.g., cilantro)

    Preparation
  1. Cook Quinoa

    Cook the quinoa with 3 cups of water for about 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed.

    Lightly beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients together well.

    Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
