Ingredients for Quinoa Soup
    Main Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for sautéing)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons leek (chopped)
  • 0.5 cup quinoa (uncooked)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup carrot (diced)
  • 1 cup broccoli (cut into small florets)
  • 0.5 cup green beans (chopped)
  • 200 grams shredded chicken or protein of choice
  • to taste chili flakes (for spice)
  • to taste chopped green onions (for garnish)

    Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the Oil

    In a pot, heat half of the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic for about one minute or until soft.

    Add the chopped leek and sauté for an additional minute.
