Ingredients for Rabbit with Cloves
    Main Ingredients
  • 1 unit Rabbit
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 unit Onion
  • 5 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 unit Medium bell pepper
  • to taste Chicken broth
  • to taste Fresh basil leaves
  • 10 cloves Cloves
  • 200 grams Heavy cream
  • 12 tablespoons Dry white wine (Riesling)

    Preparation
  1. Marinate the Rabbit

    Cut the rabbit into pieces and season with salt, garlic, and 1/2 cup of Riesling wine. Let it marinate for 1 hour.

    In a casserole, sauté chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper, then add 1/2 chicken broth cube. Add the rabbit, 10 cloves, and the remaining cup of Riesling wine. Cook until the rabbit is tender. Finally, add the heavy cream.
