  • 500 grams bulgur wheat
  • to taste unit fresh mint
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • to taste unit salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Chickpea Mix
  • 500 grams chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 120 milliliters lemon juice

    Preparation

    Mix all the kibe ingredients and grind them using a meat grinder (twice). Finally, add the butter.
