  • ½ teaspoon salt (optional) (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional) (for a smoky flavor)

  1. Prep the Chickpeas

    Place the chickpeas on paper towels for at least 15 minutes; if they are still warm, wait until they are completely cool before roasting.

  2. Preheat the Oven

    While the chickpeas are drying, preheat the oven to 425°F.

  3. Season the Chickpeas

  4. Bake the Chickpeas
