Ingredients for Skillet Pizza
    Ingredients
  • 3 units whole eggs
  • 1 tablespoon oat flour or almond flour
  • a pinch unit baking powder
  • to taste unit salt

    Preparation
  1. Make the pizza batter

    Mix the ingredients in a skillet greased with olive oil, pour the batter, and cover. Flip the batter in the skillet on both sides, as if making a pancake. Once it's cooked but still light in color, remove from heat.

  2. Adding toppings
  3. Complete your pizza

    While still in the skillet, spread sauce over the base and add your preferred toppings. Finally, add shredded or sliced mozzarella cheese and garnish with oregano, onion, tomato, and olives. Cover the skillet again and return to heat until the cheese melts.

    Suggested toppings: shredded chicken with olives and tomatoes, grated Canastra cheese, chopped broccoli and onion.
