  • 100 grams cooked Brazilian parsley root
  • 100 grams cooked chickpeas
  • to taste olive oil
  • to taste onion
  • to taste garlic
  • to taste mustard seeds
  • to taste cayenne pepper
  • to taste parsley
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed flour
  • for coating sesame seeds (black and white)
  • to taste shredded chicken
  • to taste onion (for the filling)
  • to taste green banana biomass
  • to taste tomato

    Preparation
  1. Making the Stuffing and Dough

    Process the cooked chickpeas, cooked Brazilian parsley root, olive oil, and flaxseed flour. Season with pink salt, onion, garlic, mustard seeds, parsley, and cayenne pepper to taste. Mix well until it forms a dough. Using a spoon, shape into balls and fill with sautéed shredded chicken mixed with onion, tomato, and green banana biomass for a creamy consistency. Grease your hands and form balls approximately 3-4 cm in diameter.
