  • 50 grams Chorizo
  • ½ stalk Celery
  • to taste as needed Beef broth
  • to taste as needed Bay leaf powder
  • to taste as needed Chili pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Dry red wine
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • to taste as needed Garlic
  • to taste as needed Salt

  1. Prepare and Cook

    Roll the flank steak with a piece of chorizo and a piece of celery. Secure tightly with toothpicks. In a pot, combine all ingredients, cover, and let cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the steaks and thicken the sauce with a little dissolved all-purpose flour. Return the steaks to the pot and let simmer in the sauce for an additional 5 minutes.
