Choose Dutch tomatoes for stuffing; wash the tomatoes, cut off the tops, and remove the seeds. Let them sit upside down on a paper towel for a few minutes.

Toasted farofa made with sunflower seeds, pumpkin, nuts, and either tuna or shrimp with ricotta or herb cheese.
