Ingredients for Sweet Potato Puree
    For the Puree
  • 100 grams cauliflower
  • 100 grams sweet potato
  • 120 milliliters coconut milk
  • to taste salt
  • to taste garlic
  • to taste onion
  • to taste black pepper
  • For the Chicken
  • 1 unit chicken fillet
  • to taste olive oil
  • For the Sauce
  • 1 unit orange juice
  • to taste ginger

    Preparation Steps
  1. Cook and Prepare

    Cook the cauliflower and sweet potato until tender, then mash together. In a medium saucepan, heat the coconut milk over medium heat until boiling. Add salt, garlic, and onion, and mix well. Stir in the sweet potato puree and let cook for an additional 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and transfer the puree (with the liquid) to a bowl. Allow to cool slightly and refrigerate until chilled.

  2. Grill the Chicken

    Season the chicken fillet with herbs and grill in olive oil.

  3. Make the Sauce

    In a separate pan, bring orange juice and grated ginger to a boil for 5 minutes.
