  • ½ bottle wine
  • Juice of 6 oranges
  • 1 tablespoon light margarine or butter
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • 6 pieces apples
  • 150 grams raisins
  • 100 grams chopped walnuts
  • ½ tablespoon sweetener
