Ingredients for Tilapia and Mango Ceviche
    Main Ingredients
  • 600 g tilapia fillets
  • 500 ml lime juice
  • 1 mango (not too ripe)
  • 1/2 red onion
  • to taste bird's eye chili
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • to taste salt and black pepper

    Preparation
  1. Prepare the Ingredients

    Cut the tilapia into approximately 1 cm cubes and refrigerate. Cut the mango into smaller cubes and the red onion into thin 'arcs'. Remove the seeds from the chili and finely chop it along with the parsley. Combine all the ingredients, including the fish, in a bowl.

    Drizzle the lime juice over the mixture, season with salt (start with a teaspoon and adjust to taste) and freshly ground black pepper. Let it chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes before serving.
