  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 piece cucumber
  • 100 grams onion
  • 1.8 ounces bread
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  1. How to make Gazpacho

    Wash the tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper thoroughly. Cut the tomato in half and remove the stem; however, this is a personal preference. Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds, and remove the seeds from the bell pepper. Cut these ingredients into medium-sized pieces and place everything in a blender along with the onion, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and salt. Taste and adjust the salt and consistency by adding more bread or ice cubes, depending on whether you prefer to eat it with a spoon or drink it. Let the gazpacho chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving, and if there are leftovers (which is unlikely), store them in the refrigerator for a maximum of two days.
