Ingredients for Tomato Soup
    Main Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pcs onions, chopped
  • 3 pcs tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup broccoli, cooked
  • 1/4 pcs beetroot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 3 tbsp banana green biomass
  • to garnish cashews, chopped
  • to garnish green onions, chopped
Instructions
    Cooking Steps
  1. Prepare the Sofrito

    Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the chopped onions until translucent, being careful not to let them darken.

  2. Add Tomatoes

    Add the peeled and chopped tomatoes to the pot and let them cook over low heat until they start to break down.

  3. Combine Ingredients

    Pour in 1 liter of water and add the garlic. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 30 minutes.

  4. Thicken the Soup

    Dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold water and stir it into the soup. Season with salt, pepper, and coconut sugar. Let it cook until it thickens.

  5. Serve the Soup

    Put the chopped cashews and parsley into a serving bowl, mix well, and add the soup. Serve hot!
