  • 4 cups Lettuce
  • 2 cans (170 grams each) Canned tuna in oil
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 30 grams Lime juice
  • 1 unit Cucumber
  • 1 unit Green bell pepper
  • 4 units Tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons Vinegar

    Pre-preparation: Chop the onion. Remove seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Remove seeds from the green bell pepper and cut it into cubes. Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and cut it into small cubes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add chopped parsley and green onions to your liking. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the lettuce. Add the tuna and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 2 hours. Arrange the lettuce leaves in a serving bowl and top them with the tuna salad.
