Ingredients for Vegan Almond Milk Pudding

  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 3 units eggs
  • 400 grams coconut condensed milk
  • 150 grams tofu
  • 1 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cups demerara sugar
  • 120 milliliters water
  • 2 units oranges

    Preparation Steps
  1. Make the Caramel

    For the caramel, in a saucepan combine the water and sugar. Cook over medium heat until it reduces. Once ready, pour it into the mold and let it cool.

  2. Pudding Mixture
  3. Blend Ingredients

    In a blender, add the sieved eggs, coconut condensed milk, creamy tofu, almond milk, and cornstarch. Blend until smooth and pour it into the mold on top of the caramel.

  4. Bake the Pudding
  5. Bake

    Bake in a preheated oven to 350°F (175°C) in a water bath for 40 minutes.

  6. Prepare the Orange Syrup
  7. Make the Syrup

    Unmold the pudding and decorate with the syrup. Peel an orange and chop the peel. In a saucepan, place the juice of two oranges and the chopped peels. Cook over heat and reduce until it is half.
