  • to taste Plant-based cream
  • to taste Grana Padano cheese or vegan cheese
  • to taste Broccoli, leeks, mushrooms, spinach or your choice

    Preparation Steps
  1. Make the Base

    In a blender or food processor, add briefly cooked chickpeas, olive oil, and salt, and blend until you achieve a paste. Place the mixture in the pan, pressing it into the bottom and sides.

  2. Bake the Base

    Bake in an oven preheated to 400°F until the edges start to pull away from the pan.

  3. Add Filling and Top

    Then add your preferred filling and layer the top with plant-based cream seasoned with nutmeg, olive oil, and salt. Finally, sprinkle grated cheese on top.

  4. Final Bake

    Return to the oven for about 15 minutes to gratin.
