    Main Ingredients
  • 1 whole egg
  • 3 egg whites
  • 0.25 cups chopped tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
  • 0.25 cups chopped red onion
  • 0.25 cups spinach
  • 0.25 cups chopped portobello mushrooms
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lactose-free milk or water
  • as needed olive oil

    Cooking Steps
  1. Prepare the Oven

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Mix the Ingredients

    In a bowl, mix the whole egg and egg whites, adding salt and pepper. Add chopped tomatoes, onion, spinach, and mushrooms to the eggs and mix well.
