  • 1 medium unit (230g) Chayote
  • 4 units (34g each) Egg white
  • 1 unit Garlic clove
  • 2 units (21g each) Egg yolk

    Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the Vegetables

    Cook the vegetables in salted water in a saucepan.

  2. Beat the Egg Whites

    Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the yolks.

  3. Blend the Vegetables

    Blend the cooked and drained vegetables until a smooth cream forms. Add black pepper and salt to taste.
