Ingredients for Vegetable Soup
    Main Ingredients
  • 100 grams beef fillet
  • 1 unit red onion (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • to taste unit Jamaican pepper
  • to taste unit ginger
  • ½ unit yam (cubed)
  • 1 unit carrot (sliced)
  • ½ unit chayote (cubed)
  • ½ unit green beans (trimmed)
  • 1 unit Brazilian parsley root (chopped)
  • to taste unit turmeric
  • to taste unit pink salt
  • 1 cup cabbage (chopped)
  • to taste unit green onion (for garnish)

    Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the Beef and Aromatics

    Sauté the beef fillet until browned, then add the chopped red onion and garlic. Season with Jamaican pepper and ginger.

  2. Add the Vegetables

    Next, sauté the vegetables and season with turmeric and pink salt.

  3. Simmer the Soup

    Add boiling water and let it cook. Afterwards, add 1 cup of chopped cabbage. Let it cook a little longer.

  4. Serve

    When serving, sprinkle with green onion.
