Ingredients for Vegetarian Burger
  • 1 cup Grated Zucchini
  • 0.5 medium Onion
  • 1 cup Grated Carrot
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 2 cloves Garlic Cloves
  • 3 tablespoons Brown Rice Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Butter (or coconut oil for greasing)
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 3 cups Quinoa (cooked)
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley
Instructions
  1. Prepare the mixture

    Sauté the onion and garlic in butter over low heat. Mix in the cooked quinoa. Allow to cool and add the egg and other ingredients. If desired, refrigerate to make the mixture firmer.

  2. Shape and cook the patties

    Shape the patties and grill in a skillet greased with butter or coconut oil, turning to brown completely.
