Ingredients for Waldorf Salad
    Main Ingredients
  • 3 units green apples
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (to prevent browning of apples)
  • 1 can light cream
  • 1 cup celery (chopped)
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (reserve some for garnish)
  • ½ cup seedless black raisins (reserve some for garnish)
  • 1 bunch endive (for serving)
  • a pinch unit salt

  1. Mix the Ingredients

    In a bowl, mix the apples with the lemon juice, cream, and season with salt. Then add the celery, walnuts, and raisins, and serve on top of the endive leaves.

    Reserve some walnuts and raisins for garnish.

    To prevent the apples from browning, keep them covered in water with a few drops of lemon juice.
