Soak the dates in warm water for 4 hours. Process the almonds until they become a fine crumb. Add the dates and coconut oil and process until you obtain a paste. Transfer this mixture to a tart pan with a removable bottom. Distribute the mixture across the bottom and sides.

In a food processor, add the melted white chocolate with cashew cream, and blend until you achieve a smooth cream. Cook over low heat to reduce. It will be ready when it starts to pull away from the bottom of the pan. Finally, pour the filling into the crust and let it chill for 2 hours. Decorate the tart with berries.
