  • 200 grams raw almonds (processed into fine crumb)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
  • Filling
  • 160 grams white chocolate, dairy-free (melted)
  • 100 grams cashews (soaked and blended into cream)
  • to taste unit lemon zest
  • to taste unit spices (optional)
  • to taste unit fruits for decoration (such as berries)

    Soak the pitted dates in warm water for 4 hours. Process the raw almonds until they turn into a fine crumb. Add the soaked dates and coconut oil, and process until a paste forms. Transfer this mixture to a removable-bottom tart pan and press it into the bottom and sides.
