  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce (Can be homemade by blending 1 ripe tomato with salt and seasoning.)
  • as desired unit cooked chicken breast (Can replace with shredded beef or canned tuna (drained and flaked).)
  • 1 unit large tomato (Sliced.)
  • 2 slices fresh mozzarella or string cheese (For topping.)
  • to taste unit oregano (For flavoring.)
  • to taste unit fresh basil (For garnish.)
  • to taste unit salt (For seasoning.)

  1. Prepare the base

    Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the whole wheat wrap.

  2. Add the toppings

    Layer your choice of protein (sliced chicken, shredded beef, or tuna) followed by the sliced tomato. Place slices of fresh mozzarella or string cheese on top of the other ingredients. Sprinkle with oregano and fresh basil, and season with a pinch of salt.
