  • 1 clove (3g) Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 4 medium slices (6g) Onion
  • 50 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 units Tomatoes

    Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Zucchini

    Slice the zucchinis.

  2. Make the Sauce

    Blend the tomatoes with garlic, salt, and oregano to taste, creating a sauce.

  3. Layer the Ingredients

    In a baking dish, layer a bit of sauce, then two layers of zucchini, sprinkling with salt to taste. Spread more sauce, some onion slices, and parsley to taste, then sprinkle the grated cheese. Repeat all layers.
