Ingredients for Zucchini Noodles
    Main Ingredients
  • 1 large or 2 medium units zucchini
  • to taste units tomato sauce with basil
  • 2 slices ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon light cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • to taste units olive oil
  • to taste units salt
  • to taste units black pepper
  • to taste units oregano
  • 150 grams protein option (shredded chicken, ground beef, or mushrooms)

    Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Zucchini

    Slice the zucchini thinly lengthwise and then into thin strips to resemble noodles. Heat a large pan with a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the garlic until golden.

  2. Blanch and Sauté

    Blanch the zucchini in boiling water, then transfer to cold water. Next, sauté the zucchini with the sauce, adding salt and black pepper to taste. Cover and cook until the zucchini is tender. Optionally, add a protein of your choice.
