Ingredients for Zucchini Soup with Shredded Meat
  • 2 tablespoons ground meat
  • ½ unit zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon brown rice or quinoa (use either one)
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • to taste kale and parsley (optional)
Instructions
  1. Cook the base
