Beat the eggs with the sugar or sweetener until it doubles in volume. Gently mix in the shredded coconut and coconut flour. Add the coconut milk and finally the baking powder.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan with coconut flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 25 minutes. For the frosting, combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and warm gently over low heat. Once the cake and frosting are cool, cut the cake into pieces and place them on aluminum foil. Add the frosting on top. Wrap the entire cake and refrigerate for at least two hours.
