  1. Cook the Spinach

    Clean the spinach and cook the leaves with very little water, seasoned with salt, until they wilt. Drain and chop finely.

Assemble the Gratin

  1. Prepare the Dish

    Mix the Minas cheese with the butter and spinach. Cook the potatoes, unpeeled, in boiling salted water until cooked but still firm. Peel and slice them very thinly.

    Preheat the oven to 175°C. In a baking dish, spread the oil well, place half of the potato slices, then the spinach mixed with the cheese, and top with the remaining potato slices.
